Baby Halloween Party!

On Saturday we went to a baby halloween party! There was a bunch of cute little babies there all dressed up.. We all dressed up, Kayden as Pebbles, myself as Wilma and Jeff as Fred. Somehow we did not get a pic of all three of us, since Jeff always takes the pictures. Next weekend we will definitely have to get a family costume pic! Kayden ended up winning the costume contest :)

Jeff got this video at the mall play area the other day. Kayden has been walking longer distances the past week, more and more! So exciting :)

Runs

Jeff and I have done a couple races recently. 2 weekends ago we did the Fremont Oktoberfest 5K, it was Jeff's first 5K and he did great! We sampled the beer garden afterward with our friends Chad and Kris, it was a great Sunday afternoon.

Last weekend we had our first weekend away together since Kayden's arrival. We had a great time in Cannon Beach. The weather was nice and I got to run on the beach both days. On Sunday we did a run on the beach, Jeff did the 5K, and I challenged myself and did the 10K. I couldn't think of a better place to do it for the first time. My feet were a little sore but it was worth it!

A trip to the pumpkin patch!

Today we went to Thomasson Family Farm in Enumclaw with our playgroup. It was pouring when we woke up, and we weren't sure if we wanted to brave it or not, luckily we decided to go and it stopped raining when we got there! The sun actually came out while we were there :) We had a great time checking out animals, playing with bubbles, tractors, dirt, etc. The corn maze was cool at first, but got a little claustrophobic after a bit and we all just wanted out! One of the moms in our group brought all the kids cute little pumpkin shirts. We had a blast and I think we will make it a tradition to do the pumpkin patch every year.
