On Saturday we took Kayden to see Yo Gabba Gabba Live! We bought the tickets in May so have been counting down for awhile. It was a busy day, I did a run in the morning with my Stroller Strides group so we went straight from that to meet Brobee, Foofa & Plex at Bellevue Square then straight to Tacoma to the Gabba Concert! It was alot of fun though, Kayden was in awe and just staring at them. Then she decided to dance! Too cute..
We stopped to see Brobee, Foofa and Plex at Bell Square before the concert
Getting ready for Gabba Time! Yes we made our own shirts for the concert.
Last Friday night we braved the crowd at the Kidsquest Mueseum. It was free night which means that it is crazy packed! Grandma and Grandpa Stewart came to play with Kayden and she enjoyed showing them around.
Last Sunday we went to a free kid's concert at the Seattle Public Library. There were a bunch of different bands playing, including our favorite Caspar Babypants! It was fun checking out such a big library, but after about two shows, Kayden was done sitting still and wanted to walk, so we decided to walk down to Pike Place. It was a really nice day, cold but sunny and we had a good time walking around and checking things out.
We went in yesterday for Kayden's 15 month checkup. Here are her stats: Height- 30.5", Weight-21.1 lbs Our dr. said she looks good! She did fine until her shots and enjoyed playing with dinosaurs and puzzles.. Can't believe she is getting so big! We also tried turning her car seat forward this weekend. She didn't even seem to notice that anything was different!
Today Kayden went to her first soccer class! :) We went to Sodo Sports Arena for Stroller strides, and afterward they had a free class. She actually did kick the ball around a bit! But then she picked it up, we will have to work on that. We are planning to get her in soccer next fall hopefully. So cute!
She worked up a thirst from all that soccer playing! Gotta love chocolate milk.
