Pretzel Tree Trail

Last Friday Kayden, the dogs and I went for a short hike to the Pretzel Tree Trail at Squawk Mountain with our friends Jessica and Tyler. It was rainy, but we decided to brave it anyway. Its a cute little trail for kids that has a mouse story to read along the way about discovering the Pretzel Tree, then at the end is the tree.

Petapalooza Dog Trot

Last Saturday we did the Dog Trot in Auburn, it was part of their Petapalooza festival. It was pretty cool, so many dogs and people, food, booths, a petting zoo, jumpers and pony rides for kids.

The dogs took over the stroller after.. Poor Lucy's legs were rubbing against her tummy.

Saying hi to a St Bernard that was younger than her, only 7 months old! His owner said he eats a 50 lb. bag of food in 2 weeks!

Norman and Lucy lounged while Dad and Kayden checked out the petting zoo.. the animals were so cute!

New doggie bowls

I found this painting set recently, so I decided to give it a try.. It was really fun, I need to think of more things to paint. Not sure the dogs know the difference, but oh well, it was fun.

Riding the train for Grandpa's birthday

A few weeks ago we rode the Snoqualmie train for Grandpa Stewart's 50th birthday with Grandma and Grandpa, and Auntie Shauna and Uncle Ben. Kayden enjoyed her first train ride complete with conductor's cap, thanks to Grandpa. After the train ride we ate at a cool outdoorsy restaurant called The Woodsman, that was complete with stuffed bears and cats. Of course we had to get some pictures..

First date..

Doesn't it look like they are on their first date? This was at My Gym in the little boat. She loves her best buddy Tyler!

Clam digging

Last month we went clam digging on Hood Canal with Grandma and Grandpa Stewart, here are some of the pictures. Grandma brought Kayden some toys to play in the sand..

Fox Hollow Farm

On Wednesday we went to Fox Hollow Farm with Auntie Aimee, Jessica and Tyler. We saw lots of animals, horses, pigs, bunnies and kittens and had a nice picnic by the creek. Kayden was really into eating my apple!
