We went to see the zoolights this evening at Point Defiance Zoo. We also took Kayden for a ride on the carousel! She got to ride a zebra. She really seemed to be enjoying it complete with noises...

Christmas in Wenatchee

We celebrated Christmas in Wenatchee last weekend, and Kayden and I stayed for a few days longer than Daddy. It was nice to spend some time with the fam :)

Playdate

We had a playdate today with Dominik and his mom Edina. He is a few weeks older than Kayden. They stared at each other for awhile, and then they were grabbing hands! It was too cute. She also got to try out his bouncer, her feet didn't quite touch the ground but she liked staring at the toys! I think we'll need to get her one pretty soon..

Rolling over!

We were visiting Jeff at work last Friday, and I put down the blanket to change Kayden's diaper, then she was just hanging out and then she decided to roll over! And miraculously she did it again so I could record it!

Jeff had to take pictures of the light rail train last week, so Kayden and I tagged along for the ride.

Snowflake Lane

We checked out Snowflake Lane at Bell Square last week and got pictures with Rudolph and Frosty. Kayden and I met a friend for lunch and then hung out at the mall until Jeff met us after work. Brr it was cold! We were all bundled up.

4 months old!

Kayden is 4 months old! She had her checkup yesterday. She weighed in at 13 lbs 4 oz (50th percentile) and 25 1/2 inches, in the 90th percentile! The dr. also said her motor skills are advanced for 4 months.

We also got the ok to try some rice cereal! She liked it ok..
